READ THIS BEFORE SUBSCRIBING: I tried to cancel my subscription before I was billed another month but their cancellation DOES NOT HAPPEN INSTANTLY! They 'open a ticket' with a 'cancellation request' which is ridiculous. Also you can only remove your payment option AFTER the cancellation goes through. As a result I was billed another month right before being cancelled, causing me to lose even more money. This is a completely dishonest practice, cancellations should be promptly processed.

ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE: I tried their service for a couple months and had a terrible experience. Most products are refused by Amazon even though it is said they're Amazon allowed. Only perfumes were being pushed to my store which is not what I was looking to sell. Obviously, in the 2 months I was subscribed I didn't make 1 single sale.

Before the CEO or who ever that is that replies to reviews. Yes, I was at the correct website. It says $50.00 one time payment, but tried to scam me out of $20,000?

I’ve had some issues with the platform, but support has been very helpful. I think they have to process orders which basically adds a day to delivery which I wish they as automated, but it’s not to big a deal. Lots of items to choose from, and the automated list syncing is extremely useful!

Tried this service for a few months. Honestly there are better companies out there. Wholesale2b nickels & dimes you for every service they can charge you for. Their support is lackluster with a 24-48 hour response time. Not really a true partner and not effective for running an online ecommerce website. Not once was I ever able to contact to anyone over the telephone. It is all web based. And god knows where the support centers are located. They claim to be based out of Las Vegas, but who knows these days. Their website design is below average and once it is set up, they give you a bunch of tutorials for you to figure out. Can't see how this company survives while charging $50 for hosting each month and then trying to charge you for every little service of design or meta-tagging and other stuff they claim to provide. They are truly not as robust as they claim to be and technology is not all that good. I once emailed the CEO, but never got a response back. I wonder why? I would try better sites like Shopify. Sorry Wholesale2B, but your level of service is just not what I expected and subpar. It seems like you just bang out customers and try to sign up as many customers as possible with a very high attrition level of customers not resigning or leaving. As a successful entrepreneur, I can tell you that good service always exceeds technolgy in value and sales revenue. Also if someone emails directly, you may want to write back instead of ignoring them.
