This is my first time getting an eye exam at Warby Parker, it was a great experience. Dr. Ayala was very professional and kind, answered all my questions and concerns, took the time to explained my options clearly and throughly. The customer service was amazing. Highly recommend getting eye exam and prescriptions glasses here

I gave this store 5 stars for a few reasons. For one, I loved the customer service. I was greeted immediately, as soon as I walked in the door. The staff were attentive. I also liked the technology while doing my exam. Lastly, there a great selection of frames to choose from. I am very happy. Well, I am now waiting on my prescription glasses which will be shipped to my house, so I pray that I am just as happy when I receive them. ha ha

Large / fun selection of frames. Had a great experience with staff who all pitched in to help me select the best frames for me. Zero pressure and honest feedback from the crew on what they thought best suited me. Very happy with my selection, price, and overall experience.

Dr. Taylor at Warby Parker Oakbrook was wonderful! She was delicate in talking about my new need for readers and to the time to explain my options. I appreciated how thorough she was looking up my previous order.

Apparently there are no reps that come by WB anymore so she didn’t have any samples or coupons for eye drops:(

They always have a great selection of cool eyewear.

From inside the exam room, it sounded really busy in the store - we both commented “sounds like a party out there!” It turns out, no other customers were in the store. There were 3 employees CACKLING while the soft spoken gal was trying to help me check out (see photos). The sales gal was explaining the special $$$ lenses and I could barely hear her! I asked if SHE could ask them to ease up but she just giggled. Not the best ending to my already stressful appointment.

Warby Parker in OakBrook is wonderful. The staff is friendly, kind, caring, knowledgeable and very helpful. The eye doctor was great! He does a thorough job, doesn’t rush you, explains everything in detail. This was my first experience here and I’m very happy with the customer service. Prices are fair and glasses are high quality

On Sunday I received an eye exam and picked out a very cute pair of frames. The exam was quick and easy, the doctor was very kind and informative. Leon, among other workers, helped me find the perfect pair of frames. Such a great environment and experience, I will be a returning customer.

Warm, friendly store with lots of options for wire and acetate frames. Staff took the time to pick out frames for me that matched my prescription and face size. Fun way to spend a rainy Monday morning!

Nice store. Very helpful staff. Nice selection of glass frames but I need rectangle frames and most of their frames are either round or square. I did purchase a pair of very nice sunglasses.
