The customer serce experience has been extremely poor working with Snappy Kraken. I have called their help number numerous times and no one has ever answered the phone.

The content overall has been very mediocre, and written with a weird, too folksy voice. The graphics are nice and the subjects are fairly timely, but the overall tone is a but hysterical and doom and gloom, with not too sophisticated content.

Snappy Kraken is refusing to honor the agreement I signed up for which included a partial refund if I chose to downgrade the service within 3 months, which I did, in writing.

They failed to send an entire month of newsletters and often take a week plus to repsond by email to any concerns, which is why I was downgrading from Freedom360 to Campaigns in the first place.

The process of downgrading feels like I have been trapped by a scam where they will send me boilerplate responses and offer credits for additional service that I don't want rather than fulfilling their refund offer.

AVOID - THEY WILL FIGHT YOU OVER ANY REFUNDS/OFFERS AND YOU WILL NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO REACH A MANAGER TO DISCUSS

The website works well, however, the customer support is terrible. No one answers the phone, they essentially give you a phone number to a voicemail and you have to hope that the see it. Their email times are poor as well. Overall I have a bad taste in my mouth from working with them and will not be renewing.

Tldr; they lied to get my money.

Two of their marketers encouraged me to try out their subscription because they have a "12-month Moneyback guarantee." I even confirmed this over email.

Me: "I know Snappy offers a money-back guarantee where after 12 months we can get our money back if we feel we haven't gotten our money's worth. This is the route we would like to take."
Them: "You are correct as to the 12 month money back guarantee, however you would have to fulfill the 12 months in order to receive that."

When it was time for them to fulfill their side of the bargain after paying for 12 months, they said there were hidden strings attached that I didn't fulfill.

Them: "We apologize - your Account Executive, [name removed] should have reminded you of the requirements that needed to be completed to receive this guarantee."

(Note they say that he should have "reminded" me even though he never mentioned the requirements in the first place.)

They tried to "meet in the middle" by offering another year of the subscription I barely used in the first place. I had to fight them just to get a *partial* refund.

I know companies like to reply to reviews saying "I'm sorry you had this experience that didn't live up to our high standard of service." If they were honestly sorry, they would have given a full 12-month refund like they promised.
