Some time ago I wanted to revamp my website and was lucky to have found Ristretto. Whilst it was quite clear what needs to be done on the technical side of the update (e.g. new CMS, responsive design - all performed flawlessly), I did have trouble identifying the weaknesses of the website and consequently, finding the right concept for the usability and the design. Ristretto's crew efficiently walked me through this process and we eventually came up with a great website, that was both quite new, and at the same time "old" enough not to lose our loyal audience.
