Dishonest and unprofessional. They initially agreed to give me a refund for a damaged item but then made excuses about not receiving it despite providing a signiture to Royal Mail. It was shocking behavior. Amazon had to step in to investigate. In the end the two clowns who run this company were forced to give me a refund.

Awful company! I purchased an item where it was described as being a 3-pack item but only 1 was delivered. I Email them several times over the last few weeks and there's been no response whatsoever. Their telephone number is a bit of a scam as it is not possible to speak to anyone no matter what option you try - including the customer service option! It is just a recorded message at the end of each of the options. After the recorded message, they cut you off. There is simply no way to communicate with this company. I very rarely leave negative reviews but I feel obliged to let others know.

I have no idea how they can maintain a 5-star rating judging by the number of negative reviews. I would give them zero stars if I could!

They are cancelled all my orders and banned me from the website !! , now i can'T see products and they are not response to my messages, all this because i ask him to change my first order and replace it with other more expensive (because its a gift to my dad) .. Sach that i want to buy 3 by using a coupon,,,,also there is no tracking service to your orders, its a poor customer service, i think its just a robot !! ?

Purchased a coffee pot from them in December 2022 though eBay. Noticed straight away the handle had a bit of play (movement). Tried to contact them on several occasions through eBay, with no response. Tried to call them and you’re told by an automated service to email them. I’ve emailed sales on three separate occasions. All with no response. EBay won’t help because it’s been longer than 30 days. The item has a 1 year warranty. Very frustrating. Will not use them again! AVOID.

Bought an item from them and needed to return, had problems with the return where they never refunded me fully nor answered any correspondence (direct email, tweets, Amazon message or the review I left). I looked up the company on companies house and the info on there of directors, reached out to one of them and they told me it wasn't their business but in the unit behind where he works. While I would like to think he wasn't lying this means the company set up in someone else's name.
Luckily as I purchased through Amazon I was able to complain and get some money back.
