I purchased this exam study for the Small Building Exam prep.
This exam prep can't be relied on as the sole study source.
There was a lot of sections that wasn't covered by this exam prep.
If someone were to use this exam prep, I would recommend not to remember the questions or answers, rather learn to interpret the clauses and articles, specially understand occupancy and how it relates to fire separation.

This exam prep would be better if they had more diversity of questions for interpreting clauses.
The OBC exam had a lot of questions on SB10 and energy conservation, I felt this exam prep didn't cover much of that.

I have done the questions in this exam prep multiple times, and I'm still unsure whether if I passed the exam or not.

Publication quality is top shelf. One detail I appreciate is the fore-edge page markers distinguishing chapters or modules etc. absolutely essential when you need to quickly navigate through a code book. (My last code book from a different supplier didn't have them and that's when I realised I messed up)

If you leave a voice mail the message says they will return call in 24hrs.
They replied quite rapidly.
If you don't get a reply within a day I would recommend calling and leaving another message.
Some books arrived damaged.
If you tell them they likely will replace it no charge, give you return postage and if you send your damaged books back they will be able to (hopefully) fix the problem for future customers.
My book damages appear to be a quality issue from the printer. Poor binding.

Edited my review due to top shelf customer service and response time.
5 stars would recommend, would buy here again.

The Orderline e-learning tool for exam prep is an excellent tool in helping one exercise the navigation of the code. Many answers are strategically placed to help with reinforcement. They provide a contact email to spot Q&A that have fallen through the cracks and are continually making tweaks and improvements. This product is reasonably priced and offers excellent value. I may re-order from time to time to keep me sharp. Thanks! I feel confident approaching my next Ministry Exam.

I ordered a building code but purchased the wrong format. I contacted customer support and they were extremely quick to respond and fixed MY error. I received everything in just a few days. They’ve been phenomenal to deal with.

The small buildings course did absolutely NOTHING to prepare me to take the small buildings exam I just finished and probably failed. It is a scam and a useless waste of money.

I bought the online small building course and I was instantly disappointed it was just exam questions and some diagrams. I still worked on it for many many hours, did well on their exams, and completed all the questions which keep getting repeated within the longer modules. And it was a complete waste of time. It maybe helped or covered 3 or 4 question in the exam.

Plus there are so many typos and illogical questions in the "course". It does not teach you anything or prepare you for the intense questions of the exam. For example: nowhere on the exams is there a type of question where one of the answers says: "both a) or b)", and this is constantly there in the practice exams.

Avoid the online course, it will not prepare you for the exam.

I sincerely thank orderline for the practice material for my BCIN house 2012 exam. They cover almost all sections of the exam and if you complete them as given, it's a given that you'll pass the exam. Highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs. Customer service is horrible. They don't care about students at all. Can't speak with a supervisor even if you ask. They will tell you they don't have one. Currently falling behind due to them having printing delays. Even after you order your books in soft cover format and they can't deliver it to you. You may think of going to a online only version or maybe cancel your order and get one off market place. Nope you can't do that. No refunds allowed. They didn't tell me that they had delays now they have my money and won't give it back.
