I visited this store when there were no other customers and asked to drop off a FedEx package with a receipt. The store manager informed me it would take 10 minutes to generate the receipt because they needed to start the machine. When I offered to come back in 30 minutes to avoid waiting, she said it would still take 10 minutes upon my return. She also mentioned that this location primarily handles drop-offs without providing receipts, so my request was beyond their usual service scope.

The heavy set woman with grey hair is despicable. I stood at the empty FedEx counter for almost 5 mins, when she shows up and i say hello to her with no response back. She fiddles with the computer and the phone rings. She picks it up completely ignoring me. I just stood there while she helped that person and eventually walked off to do my business else where.

I went to the copies department he was on lunch “ I need the copies as soon as possible since I work on marketing, I wait and took more than 40 min , mentioning he can’t do it , I just needed 4 copies ( flyer) I went to FEDEX close by they did it

My story takes place over two days. On day one, I sent a print order as a test and showed up before it was ready. I couldn’t come back before they closed and I needed to see the test so I could print the next day. Not only did Hanna step in and help take care of me, but she consulted me on my options and suggested a different type of paper that would look more professional. Then she printed me a sample so I could see how it would look. She was amazing! And said to call the next day if I had questions. The next day I submitted my order but rushed it to hit the 2pm deadline. I called but Hanna was on lunch. Kaden jumped to help me. I accidentally submitted for shipping and I needed to pick it up the custom print job because I was jumping on a plan. Kaden said he would have to call the regional team and see if it could be switched. He said he couldn’t promise, but then he said let me call them and I will call you back. He was not only able to get my print job pulled over and done early but then he called me personally to let me know they were ready for me! Wow the customer service! Then! When I was there Kaden mentioned that I created a notes page on glossy paper and I need to make sure I had the right pen. He made a suggestion and walked me to the aisle to find the exact pen I needed. I am so incredibly impressed with the customer service ! I will be back! And I would love it if these two could get some recognition. They deserve it! So impressed With the customer service and above and beyond attention. If you need a custom print job or office supplies. Go visit the Office Depot on Colorado

The staff here are very unhelpful and slightly rude. They are far less knowledgeable than the employees at the location off of Arapahoe. I HIGHLY recommend going to a different location.

No customer service at all. First of all they say your pick up is ready but then you drive down there, spend gas and 1 hour to get there to find out that the store was closed and they didn’t even send notification. Then there was attempts to call the store to get my money back for the item(desk) that never was picked up because the better store with better service got that desk ready in 15 minutes. They were closed or something because they didn’t pick up the phone. Now when I call them to refund me the money they say I need to come. Hello, I am not driving there the second time to get MY money back because YOU were closed. And I politely asked the assistant on the phone why they can’t refund me my money, and if he could find ways to help me out and save me from driving, at which he kept getting frustrated and telling me one thing over and over as if I am deaf. This store really need some management and customer service correction
