I sold my Jeep to this place and my experience there was phenomenal so I must write a review about it and thank Rob & Kevin who helped get me the best price I could get out of it.
Honestly even if their price was a little lower than the other places and companies that I visited I would’ve sold it to them because of the treatment I received as I value this sort of things.
I came to their store trying to sell my 2021 jeep before I travel out of the country. And I waited till last minute to sell my car because I needed it so I sold it on a Saturday morning right before going to the airport and leave the country. So because of that they told me that it’s hard to get a check on a Saturday but they’d send me the check to my home country. And when I got to Kuwait I received the check within a week upon my arrival. There’s more to the story where I had to ask them another favor and they happily obliged but honestly it’s been months now and I’m always thinking of that experience and even tho I don’t write much reviews I have to come here and write one as I’m always on debt to these guys.

My experience with Volkswagen was exceptional. Miguel and Sam provided outstanding service, making me feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Sam was particularly attentive, addressing all my questions and concerns with professionalism and care. I also appreciated their friendly and approachable demeanor, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Their ability to balance professionalism with a down-to-earth attitude made the experience truly enjoyable. 10 out of 10 would recommend make sure you see Sam he’s amazing!

My experience buying a car was great. Willy and Brunnel were informative and knowledgeable. I was given detailed information that was clear cut without the worry of hidden information. I enjoyed the way the business was handled so much that 10 days later I went and purchased a second vehicle from Willy. I have no worries of being blind sided as I was from the last dealership I dealt with. Thank you guys at Northampton Volkswagen for your help and service. I was impressed with the service provided from Nate, a mechanic working in VW service at Northampton. I came to the service department towards the end of the day, without an appointment, a weekday last month. Nate was extremely kind, generous, and helpful and took time to explain reasons why my Tiguan was taking more oil. He assisted in topping off the oil and restored my faith in the quality of care and service provided at this dealership/location. I will request Nate every time and was very grateful to be able to meet him and learn more about by vehicle.

Willy was an amazing sales rep! My husband went in looking to buy a car that fit all his needs and needed it fast. He was effective and answered all our questions. If he didn’t know something he find us answers right away. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new car going through Northampton VW and ask for Willy

Save your money and stress and avoid their deceptive and unfair business practices for service. I brought a car in for a brake pads replacement. The service staff were pleasant. The service technician provided me a video with what work needed to be done. In turn, i received a proposal for over $1500 for a variety of services I did not need. After speaking with the service advisor, I told them that I only wanted to do the brake work. They then proceeded to replace the pads AND the rotors, which their service technician said did not need replacing. I ended up paying at least and extra $200 for repairs that were unnecessary according to them! I have the video to confirm on as well as the bill. I will be reporting their unfair and deceptive practices to the office of consumer affairs and business regulation. Avoid this dealership unless you want to be cheated!!
