My experience with Mac Haik Ford has been totally amazing!! I purchased my Bronco Sport over the phone (I was preparing to move to Texas, but was still in San Diego at the time of purchase). My call was picked up by “Doc” Leisy and he patiently (and with much humor), walked me through every step of the process from beginning to end, from finding the right vehicle to the financial details at the end of the process. When I arrived in Texas three weeks later, my new Bronco Sport was waiting for me and I was so glad to finally meet Doc in person to be able to thank him for all the work he did to get me into this great vehicle!!

We had a new service truck ordered at a dealership in Springfield Illinois it came in completely wrong the dealership would not look to find us one . I spent 5 minutes looking and found the one we wanted setting on the lot in Texas within 8 days it was setting in our shop in Illinois Rick did a outstanding job helping us get back up and going thank you

Troy Q. expedited our process in negotiation and helped out -process the sale quickly. This dealer has been servicing (very well I might add) my F-250 for nearly 5 years and now have connected with them on an enjoyable purchasing experience.
