I literally cannot say a single bad thing about Urb/Lifted Made. I mean that. You couldn’t pay me to.
I’ll begin by saying that I came from a different company that I truly believed I would be a customer for life to; not only were they local to my fiancée in Alabama, but they also had an owner that, AT FIRST, really seemed to care about customer service and treating people right. The keywords being, at first. After not just blindly giving a 5 star review after a single fairly-average experience, I went through months and months of being treated worse and worse every time before I started to feel fed up. Even beyond the other positives I gave, the company in question also had a price that was infinitely better than anywhere else I’d ever been and I really didn’t think I would find a better one elsewhere. That was mostly what kept me dealing with bad experience after bad experience: I just simply didn’t think I would find a better place in spite of all the problems I had.
Am I so incredibly grateful to have found Urb.
First, Urb’s prices are better. Period. Initially I had their Sili/450 gummies that were cheaper than their current 350 offering. Those ended up coming out to about 20-25% cheaper than the other company. The current 350s come out to being about 5-10% cheaper.
Except, Urb offers free shipping, often doesn’t charge out-of-state customers tax, AND has an insanely good reward program; I literally have gotten $25 off of like 5 orders at this point. That’s not even to mention Urb’s year-end discounts that always result in you saving anywhere from 15 to literally 60 (yes, SIXTY) percent on their products. Crazy. Absolutely insane.
Now, I was already long-since moved on from my last place after discovering all this; after all, I dealt with their awful customer service and treatment of me and my fiancée for months just because of their prices, and now, Urb’s are just way better. However, that’s not all:
Urb’s customer service is unmatched. They have quite a few agents hired and respond to your emails quickly and with unbelievable levels of kindness and respect. They care about you, believe me. They hire extremely sympathetic customer support agents. This company isn’t interested in providing bare-minimum support that makes as many excuses as possible. They want their customers to be happy, and it shows so clearly. And it makes so much sense! Look at the review I’m writing now, do you really think I’d be doing all this is not for incredible customer support?
And just a little cherry on top, Urb ships packages so fast. I get mine to Alabama in about 4 days on average, but sometimes it can be 3 or even 2 if you order at the right moment. They’re always sure to get them on the truck as fast as possible as well; I remember once placing an order at noon on a Friday, and it shipped at 4pm and ended up being delivered on Monday. Like seriously? Most companies wouldn’t have even shipped the thing until Monday. It’s crazy how much these guys care. Even the few times they are a bit slower, it’s almost always because of an extreme influx of orders or something to do with the shipping provider that’s out of their control. Beyond that, my shipping experiences with them have been nothing short of exceptional.
The point being, Urb/Lifted Made takes extremely firm, strong control of everything that they can control. That includes the product, the price, the experience, the shipping, AND the customer support. This is, truly, how you create a customer for life; I love you guys a lot. You hold a really dear place in my heart and life and I really hope to see you guys around for a very, very long time.
