We arrived at 620am our apt was at 8am.
I went to receive and waited in the truck.
It did get crowded quickly, and a man came out and directed us to the opposite side of the building.
Stop beside the building and walk to the end of the building.
Check in on pad, have bol #
They will send you a text to verify your phone.
When your door is ready, they will text you instructions.
Slide tandems to back, open doors place seal in the back ,unhook and drop trailer,park in parking against building.
When you are finished, they will text you to com get bills.then sign out of the pad.
They got us unload quickly. They were friendly also.
We unloaded on the opposite side where you come in.
The side were you come in is really cluttered and very sticky.
I was very glad I didn't have to unload there.

This place is a mess specially for unloading your trailer. Every time I come to this place an hour early just to make sure i am on time for my appointment, and only one time I am late for two hours and they are making me wait for four hours and they are telling that they taking their time while unloading because I was let for my appointment it is disgusting how they treat the drivers.

First, you have to bring the bill by the receiving door and there is no sign. Say you have to ring the bell.
When the employee finally show up and tell you to back up the door
And then the employees disappear again, even if you ring the bill 3 4 5 times

Pésimo lugar para hacer entregas , tienen tiempo para descargar y aún así no pueden descargarme antes de mi cita tuve que esperar 15 horas para una puerta
Espero nunca regresar aquí !!!

I checked in at 7:00 AM for 10:00 AM appt, I was out by 8:45 AM. But the there is very little space in front pf receiving docks. Its hard to dock if there are another trucks next to you.
