I would like to Thank Dr. Joshua Soma for his care. He was very kind, professional, understanding and a good listener. He was not dismissive of my concerns and this is what this hospital needs. He is who the world needs. Dr. Soma took adequate time with me, never made me feel like he forgot about me. He checked on me for the duration of my ER visit. This review also applies to the nurse but I forgot his name. He was a slinder build man, that was there when I checked in.

Keep doing what you're doing for us veterans and GS employees.

I previously visited the ER for the same concern on that previous visit the nurse not the Dr was dismissive of my concerns. She shouldn't be working there.

Fast.. fast.. and efficient the staff was nice and was knowledgeable about my condition from the intake to the doctor coming into the room within 8 minutes from checking in. Was treated and given medication all in 1 hr.

If only Womack emergency room was like this one I spent 7hrs at Womack ER, no treatment, no referral and disrespectful staff.

We were traveling in Germany for 3 months. I am a 100% service connected disabled veteran. My wife and I both got sick while we were there so we went to Landstuhl for treatment. I am only allowed space available care there. We both received care through the Emergency room and the care exceeded the care I normally receive at VA hospitals in the US. We could not have asked for more. Thank you.

Despite the perpetual wait time, the front desk staff are always polite and the doctors/nurses are very kind and understanding.
If it ain't life, limb or eyesight, you will most likely leave here with Ibuprofen or Tylenol 😬

Whoever is answering the phones is incredibly rude and short. I asked a simple question and all she replied with was, “We’re open 24/7 so do you want me to transfer your call because I’m busy up here”. I just asked about my son being seen because we think he needs X-rays because a German doctor we saw wasn’t sure if he has bronchitis or pneumonia.

This place is the worst. Unless you're buddy buddy with either the receptionists at the ER or one of the RN nurses you can be in a world of pain while everyone else happily laughs and watches Netflix...they will come before you ,because they know people there. Three times we've been to the ER ,three times that you could actually SEE the blatant abuse of power they have going on there. I JUST left after waiting an hour and a half with blinding pain in my shoulder, while watching 4 people who walked in after me and got in before me,I can barely walk. If you can visit ANY other ER,do so.

Saved my son's life back in 2014, when HSK ignored us for 5 hours with a 15 month old baby suffering from Norovirus and uncontrollable vomiting. We were seen in 15 minutes and my son improved right away. As Mom, I will be forever grateful.
