The officers in photo are taking pictures of me without my permission. When I informed them that I would like that not to happen, they were assertive that they were doing there job. This is a clear violation of my right to privacy and right to not be photographed. This behavior is common. Perhaps respect for people should be added to standard training.

Observations: Smoking blunts while on duty, street supervisors included, charging their phones, being loud, cussing, ghetto, they are all on one side at the stations while people are getting in for free thru the turnstiles, observe and report nothing, easy money, so what exactly are their duties?

Every time on the train they are loud as hell for no reason. That's a train at 10 pm for God's sake, people are tired and want to come home easily within a calm environment.

Don't ever use the train system, walk your legs off, until you are tired and have no wish to disturb other people's calmness.

If I could give the vast majority of this “security team” negative stars I would. They block doors, swear and are excessively loud for no reason. They huddle in one place on the platform can’t navigate around them. They leave their garbage on the train. Absolutely no home training whatsoever. If a positive outlook for your company is what you’re looking for you definitely aren’t getting it with these employees you have hired. Thanks for making our rides a joke!!

The worst security company, they make you work for free because of their ridiculous application, and they are aware of this, but they refuse to fix it. You can forget your money because they simply do not care about their workers and their most basic rights.

Disgraceful company why don’t you hire somebody who actually cares about crime every security guard I see says nothing when people are gambling, smoking weed and cigarettes and harassing people down at the red line and blue line Your security guards are too scared to even do their job.? so I was on the blue line today and a group of security guards get on the car and block the entrance. Every time somebody tries to exit they cussed at them. One of the ladies security guards said they were going to smack that lady in her face. They don’t even know their own rules. They just want to get on the train and cause problems themselves. This is never have gotten a contract.

Encountered a few of the guards while taking the subway. As someone that was new to the city they were very helpful while trying to navigate. I did take notice of them standing the entire time while I was near them which is impressive considering it was many open seats. Very helpful
