I absolutely love visiting this store. During my most recent trip, I was warmly greeted by four to five friendly sales associates. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past year and I’m thrilled to have connected with Francisco. He’s incredibly patient, helpful, and always responsive. April is also fantastic and has been a great resource in the past. I’ve had an amazing experience and I can’t recommend this store enough!

Comme les précédents commentaires, l’accueil est lamentable. L’homme à l’entrée (vendeur) ne dit pas bonjour, vous regarde de haut en bas comme si vous n’étiez pas assez bien pour être ici. Pour une marque française vous devriez savoir que l’habit ne fait pas le moine. Nous ne sommes même pas allés dans les étages tellement l’accueil est froid. Revoyez vos standards du luxe.

Customer service is terrible.
Please do not waste your money or your time in this store. Despite being a high luxury brand, customer service is one of the worst things you will ever experience.
As soon as I arrived at the store, it seemed as if it was a popular market. It is a busy place with a lot of customers and a few employees. As a result of asking for assistance more than three times in the course of about fifteen minutes, a salesman named Francisco ended up being able to assist me, as I told him that the purchase would be a quick one as it would be a gift. He helped me when verifying the size of the person and when paying. But when he went to give me the bag, he gave me a small bag and I told him that it was for a gift and the packaging was not appropriate with what I bought. He was very surprised by my comment and told me, well, I have a much bigger bag if you want, I'll give it to you. He gives me the super big bag and I say Wow, do you only have this one? It's too big, he looks at me and tells me we don't have any more and this is what we have for now.
I was shocked because I spent $1,300 in 15 minutes and I didn't expect that kind of deal to have made a purchase at a high brand store.
Without losing hope, I head towards the exit and see two store employees talking. I approach them and without letting me finish asking my question to ask for help with a medium-sized bag for my purchase, they respond in a very upset manner that they couldn't help me. I laughed and told him to listen to me first, which is what I need since I hadn't finished talking. When he finally lets me talk I tell him I just need a smaller bag for what I bought, since they don't have that size upstairs. He gave it to me in an annoying way as if I was demanding something that was not my right.

I am very disappointed with the costume service at this location. I bough a pair of Sandals in June and they came with a fabric defect the leather on the top detached I went to the store for an exchange and they said they need the approval from Paris. Attendant Leonor call 1 time to let me know that an exchange or a return were approved because it was a fabric defect. Well we are almost December and still have not received either the new sandals or the money back. This is frustrating. The customer service in this store is the worse I have ever experience . I really don’t know what else to do.

My husband bought me a pair of sandals from Benny. Unfortunately, we had to exchange them for a different size and color. The sales lady Benny was amazing in helping us with the exchange. Also, the manager Patrick was very helpful in suggesting different colors and options. We will be going back to Benny.

April is the BEST SA at Hermes Miami Design District! She has been my SA for about 3-4 years now and every time I enter the store, her warm greeting and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for a fantastic shopping experience.

Sadly this shop’s staffs are not so friendly at all.
Once I try to buying scarf and waiting at Clark buy one of the Spanish lady was using cellphones fir 5 mins before she found me…
And last year I bought nail oil but when I came back to my home and opened my box, it was nail base… I live in three hours alway from this place .
I love all products in here that’s why I feel so sad.
