Das Hotel liegt am Highway und daher sind die zur Straße gelegenen Zimmer sehr laut. Bei Buchung unbedingt angeben, dass ein ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht ist! Das Personal ist unfreundlich, der Zimmerservice kommt nur sporadisch. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch. Die Zimmer sind ansonsten gut ausgestattet, es hat funktioniert alles. Sauberkeit ist gut.

We stayed here for our daughter’s birthday celebration, our stay was very nice. We picked a great hotel! Very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Close to Downtown as well. We felt safe coming and going to our room. Plenty of parking.The hotel was nice and clean the room was beautiful! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and welcoming. The ladies at the front counter and the breakfast lady I’m sorry didn’t remember there names all were very nice and polite. Always checked in on us throughout the day asking if we need anything. The breakfast was amazing very plentiful hot and fresh. Coffee and tea available 24/7. The beds were soft and comfortable. We didn’t get in the pool but it looked nice. Overall our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely come again. Thank you so much!!

I stayed here for work a couple of times and it is a great location, right off the highway and very close to local shopping and restaurants. Cherise at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained, thanks in part to Romell in maintenance. The breakfast is delicious and Barbara does a great job keeping everything stocked while interacting with the guests. A great option for anyone traveling to the area.

If your searching for a hotel don’t choose this one the staff was rude and the rooms and lobby were so dirty. I had black hairs in my bathtub like they don’t even clean them I had what it looked to appear to be puke down the headboard of the bed dripping down to the carpet under the bed. The pool area was closed I didnt get to use that . The staff during check in made the process very difficult while being very rude as well. Once the breakfast was gone they didn’t refill it it was just done. And now that I’m home they made a $30 charge to my card and can’t tell me what it is for. Horrible experience find another hotel.

Asked for something as simple as towels and they fed me a line that they had no way of getting me fresh towels until housekeeping arrived. The same person told me they had no extra ice buckets. The elevator was broken the whole weekend. Good luck staying here.

Stayed here this past weekend for two nights. On the second night found dirty worn underwear behind a seating stool under the table in our room. We had already been in the room for a day and a half so requesting to move to another room for just that evening or having room service come clean the room properly would of been a huge inconvenience. The inner shade was also broken so we could not open the black out shade without maintain privacy. I notified the front desk the morning we checked out. No partial refund was offered at the time which I thought was odd seeing the room obviously was not cleaned properly prior to us checking in. After traveling home I called and spoke to the manager. She stated all she could do is offer Hilton Points. Why would someone want points to a hotel chain that can't clean the rooms properly? Again I would of thought the very least they could of done was refunded at least one of the nights. The manager sounded like she could of cared less and instead of immediately apologizing for the situation she immediately questioned why we didn't notify them the second night. Extremely disappointed and will be avoiding Hilton/Hampton in the future simply based on how this was handled by management.

My stay at the Hampton Inn Livonia was great. My rooms was clean, breakfast was good and the people were awesome. I had the pleasure of meeting Norma and Monique when I checked in and they were fantastic! Both of them were welcoming and extremely helpful for my first time in Livonia. I recommend staying here and hope that everyone gets to meet Norma and Monique at some point during their stay.

We were in town for a funeral, and the staff was very accomodating to ensure that we had a quiet, clean place to get our bearings, both when we were in our hotel room and in the more shared lobby areas. Specifically, Charise was exceptional. We also wanted to point out the immense care that Barbara in the breakfast area provided to families. There was a single mother with three children that she went out of her way to help with. We are thankful for our experience.
