Probably not bad for the price but as my first time visiting this chain I was a bit disappointed by what's included. For the good: it had towels and washcloths and seemed clean. The negatives were that nothing was included, including a coffee pot (or a place to get coffee) or soap or water or anything in the room. I always assumed that Extended Stays had the Basic Essentials but that was probably a bad assumption. I know some rooms allow smoking but the place reached of marijuana. Also take note that there is a relatively Hefty deposit required.

Needed somewhere to stay as I transitioned out of my place into a new home.

The staff, especially the front desk was exceptionally kind.
When I got into the room, it seemed quaint but just what I needed for the time I would be here.
Upon inspecting the room I was a little concerned because the sink fixtures in the bathroom and the counters around the sink were dirty. I went ahead and got some cleaning supplies on my store run that night and cleaned it.

However, one of my biggest concerns was how creaky and loud the bed was getting in and out. It was so unsettling and I cringed every-time I had to move around.

The neighbors on both sides were very loud, it seems like nightly there was banging and what seemed like them moving furniture around at odd times of the night.
I also smelled cigarette smoke through the walls a few times, which bothered me because I’m so sensitive to smells so I went and purchased some air fresheners for my room, the difference between walking around the hotel and stepping into my room was night and day. The halls have usually a musty or cigarette smell to it.

One night in particular, I couldn’t sleep well because people in the parking lot outside my room were being very loud, screaming, playing loud music with bass, revving their car and motorcycle engines. I noticed that the parking lot seems to be a hangout nightly after the front desk is closed. People hanging around the front and back doors smoking and with lawn chairs. Seems to be more of a “apartment like” community than an extended stay.

The stay achieved what it needed to but I most likely won’t be back or recommend it to anyone.

If you’re looking for a cheap, clean place to stay one night then this is a good option. Please beware, however, there are extremely limited amenities - no hand soap or shampoo, and no tissues. Bed linens are cheap polyester. Advertised as having kitchen pots and pans, etc., but none in the room. No lobby or any vending machines that I saw. Not for families. Just the bare minimum.

The place itself was great . Everyone there was super nice. It was clean, quiet . Pet friendly. I enjoyed my stay . The location is actually great as far as being close to everything. It was just me. I had a very bad experience back when I moved out of my Apt and ended up in Pace , that wasn't suppose to happen. I'd rater not talk about it. But when my Daughter was leading me there and I saw the bottom of the Bridge that leads to Pace I had a complete meltdown. Big panic attack did not want to go there. It was way to close and brought back horrific things .... but once We got settled in. I was ok... I did freak out.... but it wasn't there fault.... it's something I'm going to have to work through .... and my cat ?... but they are super great ... I felt very safe once I got inside ..

I feel the staff is genuine. The location is not the easiest to get in and out of. The rooms are reasonable for an extended stay . I've had more bad experiences with other guests than anything . I can't blame the business for that.

The staff At this location is amazing. ? The management (Ms Rivers) at this hotel is very welcoming and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure that all guests are taken care of and happy. I would recommend 1000/100
