I want to be as objective as possible with my experience with Esque collective because I feel most people give subjective opinions about their experiences with service providers. So I will give pros and cons with my experience so future buyers have an understanding of what you may possibly have to deal with. See below:.

Here are the Cons:
customer service needs improvement especially from Cynthia Aguirre who is probably the owner or manager of this company. She has attitude problems and she will take forever to respond to you. Multiple times I emailed her for an update on my shirt order and she failed to respond in a respectful and a timely manner. I had to call her directly in order for her to even acknowledge I existed and then she finally responded. Then a few days later she went back to disappearing and ignoring my staffs emails. When I spoke with her it was an unpleasant experience. Being busy with other clients is no excuse for ignoring your other customers especially a repeat customer.

From my experience, she could care less about you being a repeat customer so don’t expect any discounts or appreciation from her. As far as discounts go, I understand times are hard and I understand the economy doesn’t make it easy for small businesses to provide discounts. However, if someone has been giving you business for five years and you treat them like crap and talk down to your customer, shows character flaws and it shows a lack of appreciation for your customers.

To be fair, here are the Pros for their business:
Great quality products & their team is very knowledgeable and passionate at what they do. If you buy things from them expect it to be top quality which is why I stuck with them for 5 years.

My feedback for Esque collective would be to improve on their customer service and how you treat your customers. It doesn’t matter how good your quality of products are if you have poor customer service. I decided to choose another company with much better customer service that provide the same level of quality and I’m glad my team and I made that decision. I also refrained from recommending this company to any of my peers and teammates because of how poorly we were treated and I don’t want anyone else in my circle to experience what we experienced. The way this company treated my team and myself was unacceptable & Cynthia needs to improve on her customer service and her level of patience with her customers.

I don't normally post reviews but due to my experience I had no choice. I'm posting this review 30 after so there isn't any emotion attached. The Team at Esque were fantastic. Thanks to Chris for the continuous follow ups and answering of my question's as I'm somewhat hard to satisfy. I appreciate the time that Avi took in designing my logo. But the best part of my experience was that the delivered-on time and pricing. Thanks Team I will not hesitate to provide you with future business.

They are the absolute BEST!! Avi has helped me for a few projects for my business and each time has done an amazing job. I will absolutely be using them for my screen printing and other projects in the future. They are prompt and professional, great service and ultimately, great products. Super happy with my most recent order of screen printed tote bags, which came out beautifully and at lightning speed!

Avi and his team worked quickly to get our Iceberg softball team hoodies. They used a design we liked and added a softball bat background, using colors that matched our jerseys. They got the white we wanted in all the sizes quickly. My father has been doing business with Avi for years (creating shirts and custom office paper supplies) and I'm so happy to recommend him to others. He is local, on Raymond in Fullerton, easy to communicate with, comparable with prices as other businesses, and produces excellent quality gear. Go local with terrific quality, Esque Collective!

This place goes above and beyond!! Truly fantastic people here. I called this shop by mistake, looking for a place to print a document that was still open during the lockdown. Despite the fact that they are a commercial print shop, they offered to print my document, 100% free of charge! It made my day so much easier. When I arrived to the store for pick-up, they were also very aware of spacing and being safe amid the pandemic. Amazing service! 10/10, would recommend!

Avi and the entire team at Esque Collective have been amazing to work with. We’ve been working with them for a few years now . They have they printed our work uniforms, business cards , they also designed our logo and printed our son’s little league banner. 5 star service for sure!

Avi is an incredible artist. Put it this way - the work he did for me and my band was one of a kind, and we are returning to him for further design projects. Love his work - great local artist to North Orange County, and his home office (where he does sit down brainstorming and design discussions) is just amazing!
