I don't like the fact the Ecowater uses salt. I also don't appreciate the condescending and demanding attitude of the sales rep (Gregory Shalin) who came to my home. As part of his shock and awe effort to scare you into buying this system, beware that this person has no respect for customers while in their residence. He even laughed when I asked a question.

We had John Arguilez come out and replace our filters on our RO system. He's customer service was outstanding. He was funny, courteous and very knowledgeable. He spent time going over how to care for our water softener as well as the RO system. He walked me through each step of the filter replacement so that I could do it myself next time if I so desire. Never did he try to oversell services. On the contrary, John let me know that the membrane should not need to be changed for another 3 years for the RO system and the softener should not need serviced for 2 more years. On top of that he made sure to explain that he's just a phone call away should I have any questions or require future service. We're so happy we chose Ecowater!

A perfect service man! If you expect someone who meets your every expectation,John is your man. He was on time, efficient, friendly and willing to explain what he was doing. I will call him back before I attempt to make my own maintenance however simple it might be. John has been to our house before and I was happy to see his cheerful face again.

John Arguilez is extremely professional. He was here to replace reverse osmosis filters and to train me about the system. He was clear and patient in his explanations. I feel even more confident in the EcoWater units that were installed last year. I should be able to handle future re placements and am aware how to react if a problem arises. But more importantly, I know John is nearby and will quickly come to my aid. He left me his number and promised to respond immediately. I believe him.

John was incredible. The window for service he gave was 1-4 pm and he showed up before 1!!! He was so knowledgable, friendly and professional. I sure wish all customer service was like this. We are loving our reverse osmosis water system from these guys. They are TOPS. John is the best. Thank you, EcoWater and John. You've taken the guess work out of healthy water for us. We love it!

John made a service call to diagnose and repair a blank screen on softener. The unit came with the house and had been operating fine. John found a long low voltage wire was the culprit. Some corrosion at ground level connections and even inside the wire insulation was a concern. John removed and replaced the whole run of wire. A difficult task involving threading the new wire under cement and under the house.
He also gave me an orientation on operation and maintenance of the unit. Prior owner did not leave any manuals so this was welcome.
After the softer maintenance was completed he checked the drinking RO water unit. Five years since install and time to change the charcoal and RO membrane. Another orientation on this unit from John was appreciated.
I like that his company has records for the address for installation and no maintenance since.
John cleaned up after both jobs and all is working great now!
A pleasant experience with a guy who seems to enjoy what he does!

I just want to say Thanks to Brett McCullers a service tech who came to my home to install my water system under the sink. He was really helpful and friendly. He noticed a small leak from my previous hose and offered to come back if I got the new hose and install it. I know that isn’t part of his job and it was going to take time away from his other orders to come back but he was willing to do that and he kept to his agreement. It’s sometimes hard to find good customer service and even that much harder to find someone who will go above and beyond what they are required to do. Much appreciated to Brett

John was de service persoon, verantwoordelijk voor de installatie van de zacht water en de reverse Osmose , John en zijn leerling in opleiding .
Beide waren respectvol en vriendelijk, legde uit . de beste plaats voor de zacht water en waar de leiding voor de afvoer wordt aangelegd. en waar wij de kraan voor de reverse osmose te plaatsen
al het werk was zeer netjes uitgevoerd, na de installatie , de uitleg was goed, maar wel veel in een kort tijd bestek te begrijpen.
