Ecopark Hobby Airport - Houston, Texas

I love the Hobby Airport - Ecopark location. Tip: The parking lot is very walk-able but they offer a free Courtesy Shuttle. Note that the shuttle service operates from 5:30am to 12:00am only.

The shuttle service has hit an all-time low here at Hobby. They have very helpful and polite workers, but it seems as if the upper management does not care about the operation because it always seem to be limited shuttle buses or just non available and running at ALL! My wife and I fly out of Hobby frequently even when they had older shuttles, and those seemed to never be operating properly when they had those. Now that they have newer shuttles, they seem to be having the same issues as they did with the old ones. We feel bad for the workers because it's not their fault, but it's more on the upper management or the manufacturers that make the shuttle buses for Hobby. I hope they fix it because the workers look very unhappy and it's unfortunate that they work for a company or service that doesn't seem to want to fix the problems that they have. Oh and MY GOD DON'T LET ME START ON GETTING OUT OF THE EXIT GATES! HOBBY IS A MESS

Went to ecopark 4 days before my flight to see how it operates. Thankfully I did, because this place is a mess. As a military veteran we get free parking. When exiting there was no one at the gates to process my military status. Ended up paying when it was suppose to be free. Terrible service.

Update: now 35 minutes and still here, been shuffled to multiple machines. This is the worst service ever, I have been trying to get out of this ecopark for over 15 minutes and I’m still sitting here. My ticket is unreadable, no one to help, called the number and hung up on twice and still waiting. This is the most ridiculous service ever… i fly out weekly, and I will try my hardest to never use this airport again

I come to this location all the time and have had several problems. My family loves to park here bcs of the convenience that it is attached to the airport, however, every time we go to the gate to pay, they cannot read my ticket. I then have to call and wait and this ends up taking longer than if I were to just park across the street at another place. I do not mind spending a little more money for the convenience, but lately this has not been more convenient. I come to your airport parking at least once a month, sometimes more, and now I am considering parking with another company due to how many times we have had to wait in paying since our tickets cannot be read. The people also take forever in trying to ‘help’ me with my ticket in order to pay. Please feel free to contact me if you want me to continue as your customer.

I used this establishment 2 times within a 2 month period and both experiences were good. I was very skeptical after reading the reviews, so I had to come and share my experiences. Farthest I had to walk either time was about 100 yards and wait maybe 5 minutes. Also, getting in and out were easy as well. Just give yourself enough time incase of flight delays on your way back and scan your confirmation email on the way out (and in) and you are good to go. Very helpful with bags and super friendly. Lastly, try to park wherever you see lights and camers to try to keep your vehicle as safe as possible.

First time parked here during evening time. First of all, it was drizzling but still no shuttle service every 10 min as promised. Few shuttles were parked at terminal and a driver was wandering nearby but none was en route to pick up anyone. I called the service number, but none picked up.

Prize is equivalent to private companies but service is pathetic, and this is self non-covered parking.

Best part though is you drive to additional parking all the way to the back and close to terminal you may find a spot if you are lucky. Then walking is very easy depending on where you found the spot anywhere from none to 5-8 min.

We deserve better service for this price. I’d prefer to go to private lots.
