Big time thief!!!! Do NOT buy anything from. This company (including Enence translators). I ordered 2 units and got email confirmation of order, within 4 minutes I received a 2nd order confirmation for 4 units (which I NEVER ordered) and sent a cancelation request. 10 days later, I received the order I cancelled. I called explained situation, they sent me an approved authorization form. I called them back (after I got disconnected 5 times) only to be told I would have to pay shipping (from the USA to GERMANY)! THEY ARE THIEVES.

What a total scam. Like everyone else, I ordered one item, billed for four, unable to cancel or contact company. So far, nothing received but the charges. My only hope is that I went through PayPal and used American expressed platinum card. I think between the two, I MAY have a decent chance of getting my money back. These guys deserve to be in jail. Buyer beware.

This company has a website that does not confirm the purchase information quadruple charges. I IMMEDIATLY contacted them when I knew there was an issue. Still no success in working with them and PAYPAL is compliant with this Fraud.

They have a phone number listed that i have called over 17 times waited on hold and then just had the call drop. I have emailed 9 times with no response. They leave no information to return, no way to communicate with them and after I said to cancel or correct my order many times they still sent items which I'm returning to where it came from, but don't see any integrity in ever seeing a refund.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Better business is an F and ratings are 1 be warned!!

I can’t even say “buyer beware” because this scam was done sneakily, one won’t even see it coming, I clicked on an email about Oprah’s favorite gifts, Christmas edition. Put a cooking knife and kitchen scissors in my cart, entered PayPal info. Left site to check on company credentials. Came back to site and was informed my order for 5 knives, scissors, 4 sheaths and a cutting board was confirmed! I did not at any time even see my cart, much less review and agree to buy. Tried calling the company several times and left messages. Got up at 6am the next day to try again. Contacted PalPay who told me it was an automatic payment. Through them, i was able to find real name of this fraud of a company. I’m one of hundreds of other consumers who got scammed. Filed a dispute with PayPal. I am refusing to pay $188 for a bunch of unwanted, not ordered items. I thought my grandson would like one cooking knife for Christmas. At no time did it cross my mind that he would really like 5! This company needs to be investigated by PayPal. The box of knives is headed to my house. Not sure what to do. PayPal claiming I owe them $188. Ecomit owes them $188, not me.

I wanted to give this company -5 stars, but the option doesn't exist. Do not order from them. I place an order for ONE item, and they billed me for 4. It was through paypal, so I blocked them immediately. AGAIN they are scum.

I was BROWSING ads about cleaning materials like brushes and this company charged me for $424.50 on my CC and I did NOT ordered anything. I am used to shopping online and this is a total SCAM, it's FRAUD. I am going to call them tomorrow and see what happens, I tagged the charges in my CC statement online so I'm calling them too. BE AWARE !!!

I never signed up for this company or services of any kind. I expect to get a refund from EcomLT LLC for Each, Every and Any charge that has been made to me, and therefore is considered unauthorized. I have been advised to provide you with this request / demand for resolution without delay. I expect to receive notice that this has been taken care of and refund has been given within 10 days from the date of this posted notice. It is the best interest of EcomLT LLC, along with any third party business ,connected in any way to EcomLT LLC ,to escalate this request. Please see that this is addressed and notification sent to me.

I ordered one scrubber, and they charged me for 4. PayPal was no help. They have scammed others before using the same tactics. I am not sure how this is legal. I have contacted my bank and filed a BBB complaint
