Definitely our go to dry cleaners in Austin. The other stores in their chain is good to. Clean place and good staff. Their delivery time is faster and prices are good. I'll definitely recommend. This one is right next to Terra toys and there is able parking. They pack the dress well and cover it with plastic before delivery. They can find your order using your last name. They even have won some awards over the years, I saw it outside the store.

I’ve gone to EcoClean a handful times to get dresses dry cleaned. The service is good and the staff are friendly. In the past, I’ve taken wedding guest dresses there and been charged $20.40 per dress, so I expected the same when I took 2 dresses there a few weeks ago. When I went to pickup the dresses, the bill was $132. The first dress was given a regular dry clean for $40. The second dress, EcoClean chose to hand wash and charged $82. I asked for it to be dry cleaned, not hand washed. Ultimately, I paid more for the dry cleaning than I originally paid for either dress. I’ve tried calling twice to see if I can work with the managers to understand what happened, but have not heard back.

TL;DR, the dry cleaning service is good, but you should get the price down in writing before you drop anything off. I feel like I was scammed.

*I should have read the reviews on Yelp before using this place* I was really hoping not to have to leave this review. I liked what EcoClean was about and I liked the owner. I was hoping the owner/ manager would respond regarding the item they ruined, but 3 weeks after picking up the mattress cover that looks like a tiny carpet, I have yet to hear back, and yes I have called to figure out what's going on. I dropped off our king mattress cover and was very hesitant because it was wool. I asked the owner/ manager Jeff(?) if they can dry clean it. He reassured me they could. When it was ready, my husband picked it up and brought it home and right away I saw something was wrong by the way it looked in the plastic bag. It was wrinkly/ ruffled instead of smooth. I opened it to discover that what should be a king size mattress cover was a tiny square. I was shocked that they released this back to me. How could they possibly not know that they damaged it. They still charged us $60, said nothing and sent us home. This was 11/25/22. I called them and spoke to Jeff who arranged a pick up to review the item for the following Monday. No one ever came and when I called they said I wasn't even on their list. So I spoke with Jeff again and he arranged for pick up on 11/29/23. It's now 12/20/22. I called on 12/8 to ask what the status was since they had had it for over a week and Jeff said that he will contact me. It's been almost 2 weeks since then and nothing. Every time I call, I get transferred around, put on hold, hung up on so every time I do speak to Jeff, it takes a lot of tries and phone calls. Jeff and this business do not care about their customers nor the work that they do. Aside from the $60 I paid for the job, a new mattress cover will cost me $233. In this economy and personal situations, money is/ can be tight so I hope that this review helps someone else avoid such a financial loss.

Do NOT let Annette at West Anderson do your dropoff. Seriously, come back later or go to another location. She called me an hour after I had dropped off a big order to let me know that she had mixed my items with someone else's, and she asked me which were mine. A few days later when I returned, she was there and gave me half of my original items and three items that belonged to someone else. She proceeded to get flustered and nasty, and called a manager who was unable to help that day.

Smash cut to two weeks later, and my missing items have been delivered after six subsequent phone calls.

I will say, the cleaning quality is great and they did offer me some compensation, but it's really not worth the hassle.

The wash and fold is terrible. They have left things out of the order every single time. There's no verification system they just walk over there and don't have a count of how many things they are looking for they. They just go over and look for your name and inevitably miss something every time. You show them how many you have left on the app and they just shrug "that's what's over there." Then you press them on it and oh my goodness there was another package over there. Or you get a text a week later from Eco clean telling you have stuff waiting when you haven't started a new order.

They also fold things haphazardly. The whole appeal is that the laundry will be handled professionally. If people aren't being incentivized to be professionals then that's your problem as a company.

I'll just go get poisoned by a normal laundry service before putting up with this anymore.

I’ve used them twice now. First time, they picked up and dropped off no problem. It was great, but the next time I scheduled, I got an email that I was out of delivery zone, even though they serviced with no issues or mention of the zone at all the first time. Regardless, I was okay with it. The next day they showed up to pick up my duvets and said technically I was out of the zone but it allowed them to pick up so they would service and return my duvets within 2 days. It has now been about 2 MONTHS and they have still not returned my duvets. I told them I don’t have a way to get to the facility that they’re holding them at which is why I scheduled pick up/delivery. The owner or manager, whoever it was supposed to be, apparently said he would deliver them himself. But here we are $100 and a couple months later and they haven’t returned them, can’t get ahold of the person supposed to be dropping them off, and I get the run around every time I call. WOULD NOT recommend.

I've used this service for a while now and I've consistently had a problem with someone coming to pick up laundry and not dropping off the old laundry. I've also had 2 garments lost. We emailed about it and never got a response. Very disappointing.
