My mom was having trouble with her septic system and it was overflowing in the house. For years we had the septic pumped from the wrong area by another company. We called around to try and solve the issue. Some companies were saying it's a drain field, and some companies said they couldn't pump our system because there wasn't access to the inlet. We had some companies tell us extra work needed to be done in order for it to be pumped. After dealing with other companies, I called Cameron at eco septic and he was answering questions I had quickly through text and gave us great advice. We set an appointment and they came out and solved a problem many other companies couldn't, and charged us the price they quoted us over the phone to pump the septic with no extras. They found the inlet to our septic, and put the dirt back neatly before they left. Any questions we asked, they were happy to answer. This is the only company my mom will be using from now on because they got the job done when many others couldn't

Now known as Septic Solutions Inc., came to our rescue. A truly 24/7 Septic Solutions company. Our Septic tank started backing up on us late Friday. Early Saturday morning I called a 24/7 competitor, I was told a tech would get back in touch with us. I called back at noon and then back at 4PM, without even a courtesy call. In the meantime, at 4PM Saturday, I called another 24/7 Septic company. And was told the same story about a tech returning my call. Monday morning rolls around and I called Eco septic. Cameron answered my call and was able to fit me into his tight schedule within the hour. Prompt, courteous and completed. I was finally able to take a normal shower. 100% recommended!
