I have been scouring the internet for eco-friendly, sustainable companies and was pleased to discover EarthHero. They offer an impressive number of products, sustainable packaging, and carbon-neutral shipping. Processing and delivery time was also super quick. I received a card in the box that said my order was packed by Charlie, which was nice to see a human touch. A little bummed that the Badger balm has a plastic wrap under its paper packaging, but that may have been my oversight when reading the description. I’m very excited to try my new products!

I was so excited about getting these products. But even though I ordered them I never got them. After waiting a month or so I wrote to them to ask when they were going to ship them. They told me they had and they had been delivered. I said I had never received them nor had I received any notification they were being shipped nor that they had been delivered. I was told I had two weeks after delivery to inform them I had not received them. I said, but I didn't know they had been shipped, let alone delivered. I demanded a refund, but they refused to give me one. I understand Earth Hero is a small company, but this is no way to do business. I am very disappointed.

What an amazing site! Such an awesome selection of products. I must say, the customer service is what really pushes it over the edge. I spoke with Ellie and she was so helpful with me being high maintenance and making changes to my order as well as being extremely knowledgeable on their products.
