Got a new suit. Came to pick it up and it was like a Jerry Lewis high water pant. Nice for comedy or Huckleberry Finn. I received no apology for the mistakes made. Also the waist and the neck were done incorrectly. They re did it and is still looks worse than it did off the rack. No one called for pick up because they already had my money. I bought some other things when I picked it up the second time and asked for a small discount as I will have to have it tailored when I arrive home in Argentina. He contemplated and denied the discount. Go to your own tailor!

Staff are terrible with offering assistance. Tried to request some help from 3 different staff but they "seemed busy" and never even glanced at us. Figured out what we needed ourselves in the end. Nice selection though! Clean, quiet, and upscale shopping.

I can't believe after all these years, I'm finally finding things I want to buy in Dillards and pay the price for them. They do have good sales on quality items that you can't find in any of the other stores. many things are now made outside the country and they fall apart quickly. I've found that Dillard's carries items worth paying for.

Dillards managers refuse last week July 27, 2024 to take my husband and I return back, and the computer let them know the items are returnable, but these two guys were prejudice and violated our rights to return items that my husband and I paid our hard earned money for! We called Dillard’s corporate office no call from anyone, and theirs’ reviews are terrible the corporate office. Also, my family and I have been shopping with Dillards’ stores since the 80’s, my husband and I were so disappointed how these managers behaved toward us and they ignored and failed to take care of theirs’ customers! We will never purchased anything else from Dillard’s stores and we will cancel our Dillard’s credit cards as well! Dillards have gone down big concerning theirs’ loyalty and any customers! So, my husband and I give Dillard’s store at Penn square mall in Oklahoma City a 0 (zero). Update!!! My husband and I took the products back and got our money back from Dillard’s store at Penn Square Mall! We are so thankful that Jesus Christ favor us when the devil thought he had up again! No weapons forms against us will not prosper! Also, we cancel the Dillard credit card as well! We have spent so much money with this company who are prejudice toward African American people and these to new managers show theirs’ true color and unjust ways as well! Now who the dummies now to managers! You men tried to take my husband and rights from us, no no no! Not in our watch.

manger called taylor was extremely rude to my children and heard her talking down to an employee and blatantly disrespected them in-front of the store and the customers. i will be talking to hr and higher ups about her conduct because my experience was awful and will not be coming back due to the actions of this awful women. talked to the employee after and she told me that she harasses her constantly and never cuts her any slack about anything and seems to be picking on her. she need to be fired and replaced immediately in my opinion.
