Would not recommend sending anything to this pharmacy very unprofessional and unpleasant. The Asian lady was rude and had an attitude with me even though I was being very nice to her. I hope she has a better day and is nicer to people going through the drive-through.

The robo (cant call it AI as that would disparge artificial intellegence) phone system is un- navigatible. There is NO WAY to speak to a human. It won't recognize a phone number that it asks if it is the one I am calling from. You can't leave a voicemail. So, I had to get into my car and drive to store to ask a process question. I would never use CVS if my insurance did not force me to use this inept company.

I would give 0 stars to this pharmacy staff. The asian lady was rude for no reason. I was trying to be understanding, but it didnt work. I am trying to understand the process of paying out of pocket for a 2-weeks supply of my med since I cannot live without it! and she was absolutely aggressive and rude about it! Stay away from this pharmacy.

My experience with the staff has been extremely hurtful and unhelpful. I had approached this location with nothing but basic, rudimentary respectful manners. As a transgender person facing ALL levels of national, systemic discrimination, the staff had nothing to offer as far as meeting my needs expect complete disrespect and complacency. Staff has falsely claimed to another pharmacist that I had not picked up and purchased 1 vial of the remaining in my order, which I had planned to transfer to. They clearly lacked the compassion, and education of what transgender individuals have to face in order to meet their basic human needs. I DO NOT recommend bringing business here if you are LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent-- they're actions are clearly harmful and lacking of basic human respect and would rather treat you as if you were a grievance and worst part of their day. Shameful bullies!

This store is doomed. It used to be packed with a retirement community blocks away. Now? No customers & no workers. Why? Corporate stupidity and ridiculous prices. Good riddance.

I’ve really never had issues with this CVS at all. I’ve been going to it since I moved to Orlando a year ago and I’d say it’s even better than the one I used to go to before I moved. They always have what I need and are able to get me out quick and easy. Not sure if I’m just lucky, but I have no intentions of changing pharmacies as of now!

I was in this store twice and both have been a bad experience. First time I was there an adult women and she was trying to copy some documents and the guy who works there was not helpful I had to help her. Also for me was not a good experience.

Second time I placed an order for pick up and I got me email the order was ready but once I got the store the order wasn’t ready and the same guy told me the order was not ready because they don’t have the size of the paper either the wood for a calendar, he told me he called his manager there was nothing to do. My question is why they sent the email the order is ready if it is not, they should call me to cancel the order or send me to another store. I had to leave without any solution and I placed a new order in another CVS 3502 Edgewater and the customer service was totally different they had my order ready already print and the guy was so kind and helpful but the person who works in aloma he makes some facial expressions like he is not willing to help

Estuve en esta tienda dos veces y ambas han sido una mala experiencia. La primera vez que estuve allí, una abuelita mayor estaba tratando de copiar algunos documentos y el chico que trabaja allí no me ayudó. Tuve que ayudar a la señora. Además para mí no fue una buena experiencia.

La segunda vez que hice un pedido para recoger y recibí un correo electrónico, el pedido estaba listo, pero una vez que llegué a la tienda, el pedido no estaba listo y el mismo tipo me dijo que el pedido no estaba listo porque no tienen el tamaño de El papel o la madera para un calendario, me dijo que llamó a su gerente y que no había nada que hacer. Mi pregunta es por qué enviaron el correo el pedido está listo si no es así deberían llamarme para cancelar el pedido o enviarme a otra tienda. Tuve que irme sin ninguna solución y hice un nuevo pedido en otro CVS 3502 Edgewater y el servicio al cliente fue totalmente diferente, ya tenían mi pedido listo para imprimir y el chico fue muy amable y servicial, pero la persona que trabaja en aloma hace algunos Expresiones faciales como si no estuviera dispuesto a ayudar.

Asian lady is very rude, keep denying my refill saying there was none left because she was too lazy to look for the other refills that were sent. I have to insist for her to look again. She has a horrible attitude. I’ve complained to management before and nothing changes. It’s a shame. I’ll be looking for another pharmacy.
