I found this supermarket big and spacious, I managed to find everything I needed, it was a little unorganized but I was able to do the shopping reasonably quickly. The cashiers are fast and there is a snack bar with excellent fast food. I loved it and now I will shop there. I highly recommend it.

I have been shopping at this location for over 2 years and have had a couple of situations where there was a problem with payment. The cashiers have NEVER been even the least bit helpful- this last time got to me and I will not be returning to this location. My parents are from Kirkland, WA and they were some of the very first public members of Costco (used to be business supply only). I do not want to stop giving this company our business because of some bad employees- but I am definitely considering.

Today, I was shopping at the Lutz location and when I got through the checkout- I realized my bank card was missing. I live 1.5 hrs away and wasn’t going to just walk out, so I asked if I could look in my car for the card. I did not find it- when I came back they were ready to put my groceries away and told me to come back when I find my card. I had a completely full cart. I left and drove all the way back home with my toddlers- only to find out that my bank card had been there, at that Costco, the whole time. Instead of looking for my lost card when I was there they made me leave- now I have to come all the way back for my bank card. This could have been a much easier transaction to sort out if there were kind and conscientious employees to work with the customers. I am so disappointed in this store and the individuals who work here.

Great Costco! Drive 45 minutes to get there every two weeks to pickup prescription from pharmacy. Spend about two hours shopping every time. GREAT STORE!! Great products for everyone at outstanding prices. Pharmacy lets me know when my prescription is ready for pickup ahead of time. Of course I fill my gas tank . Great gas price and quick in and out.

I normally LOVE Costco bust am hating them this Christmas morning as I am preparing breakfast for my family! Their bacon is awful! I am so disappointed!!!

The past two times I have gone. I do not have brown eggs, late July chips, Kirkland, coconut water 14 oz, organic strawberry or blueberries not in stock. I called the manager to find out what’s going on over there and they said they are having a hard time finding the chips and the coconut water. That is false because BJ’s has it. Why do I pay $60 a year for a membership when you’re never in stock of the items I buy? Sam’s and BJ’s is $25 a year and BJ’s has their brand organic coconut water 14 ounces. Why do you never have items stocked? . They are going downhill. Nobody wants to drive all the way there for items never on shelves. I now had to buy the larger size coconut water and go to the farm for my eggs then go to walmart to get my chips in party size.

Costco is an exceptional store for purchasing items in bulk, particularly for everyday household products such as water, toilet paper, and paper towels. Not only that, but they also offer amazing deals on electronics such as televisions, woofers, speakers, and more.

The store is always clean, well-organized, and efficiently run by the helpful Costco staff who are always available to assist customers.
