Placed on order for diet pet food on the 10th. By the 12th nothing had happened so I called them, to find out the wrong vet clinic was chosen on the order. It took more than 10 minutes to sort the matter out, for them to send the authorization request to the CORRECT vet clinic.

Two days later, on the 14th, the vet did not receive the authorization request. I contacted them to find out what was going on, only for them to say it was sent but they can send it again if I wish. I had to give them the clinics fax number myself.

I was then told they send my request to their vet diet team. I asked how long it will take and I was told to allow up to 24 hours.

At this point I blew my top off. I told them if them can't send the request immediately than please cancel my order and refund the money. So they cancelled the order without as much as an apology, wish me farewell and closed the chat box.

Unbelievably poor customer services. They simply don't care. Never will I use this company again!

Chewy does a great job in filling orders for my Dachshund. The packaging is solid and sealed properly, the price is moderate, and the delivery is quick and efficient. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I placed an order on 1.21.22. It got split into 2 orders. One is scheduled to arrive on 1.24.22. The other one was dead in the process. So I placed a call on 1.23.22 and spoke to a young lady Cat who was very helpful. See said she was escalating this to her manager and to check back later in the p.m. and if no updates are listed to call them back. I did around 6 and was told it would ship 1.24.22 and arrive by 1.27.22. I said don't you see the problem with what you just told me and she was silent, so I pointed out Chewy's shipping guarantee of 1-3 days. My 2nd order would be a 7 day shipment. I then asked to talk to a supervisor. Austin came on the call only to just sit in silence. I told him my issue and he just said he would have them put a label on the order and ship 1.24.22 and arrive by 1.27.22. If it was that simple Cat's manager would have done it. I have no idea if he even looked at my order because he was 90% silent (listen to the conversation). He said the shipment delay was due to the pandemic. I reminded him this is why I stopped all Auto Ships for my food last year and he was silent.

I had hoped your shipment issues had been corrected. I was wrong. I understand you ship from different warehouse but this is a big problem that was obviously never corrected and the response and lack there of last night from Austin and the young lady prior to him just shows how bad Chewy's customer service has fallen. I used to love ordering from you and talking to your support staff.

You need to place a disclaimer on your shipment guarantee or risk being sued for false advertising.

Review not of the store specifically, but of a manager. Rick Calder shows as Associate IT Director. He was also a manager at Disney.

Very rude, abrasive, demanding, and made sure everybody knew he was in charge. He often came into our room shouting and demanding things done right now. Nobody on the Disney DTOC team had any respect for him he was so abrasive. I'm surprised so many people on Linkedin say he is the greatest manager they ever had. He must have changed at Disney.

He has strong technical skills, but severely lacks people management skills. As mentioned, the entire Disney DTOC in Seattle felt this way and tried to avoid him. I've never seen a manager who demanded so much control as he did.

Wide selection of products. Excellent customer service. Well-informed staff to help you choose. Never had a problem. I wouldn't shop elsewhere for my pets.
