I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They are absolutely amazing. The products I have gotten have good setup & repair videos to help guide through the process. If I’ve ever had any questions their support is absolutely amazing. I’m just a small personal customer and they give me 5 star treatment every time I call them.

I had a pump that was broken and needed repair. Instead of selling me a full rebuild kit, the technician listened, understood the issue and let me know the part I needed to replace. Saving me the time and money from doing a full rebuild.

The biggest thing that I really really really really appreciate is that the support technicians are there to support and help you out. They don’t just try to sell you more. The support guy couldn’t even process the checkout of the stuff I needed because he didn’t have the ability to. I LOVE THAT! Their support is there to support and assist, not make sales. That is so hard to find now, I couldn’t be happier.

I wish more companies would be like BVV, they really do care for their customers.

Horrible company. Shipped my product without informing me I would need to sign for it and then never once saw ups or received a notice from ups. They returned the package and kept all my money. Tried to contact for a refund and refuse.

Customer Service was quick (within minutes) to respond to my email inquiry and provided me with guidance and options to overcome the issue I was having with the ‘pipe nipple’ for the mist filter on a Harvest Right aftermarket BVV filter.

The BVV aftermarket filter allows the Harvest Right freeze dryer to achieve much lower mTor than the delivered filter. Further, it is much easier and faster (and less expensive) to replace the filter media.

Bought their 2 stage vac pump freeze dryer kit. It does not work very well. The pump smokes and you really have to commit yourself to rigging it up to sublimate. After 20 lbs of dry ice and three days messing with it I still did not have a chamber of dried material to show for it. I asked if I could return it and they said I’d have to pay a 25% restocking fee. Added a photo to show the extent that I had to encourage this thing to stay anywhere close to sublimating.

Ordered an item and paid $27 for next day delivery. Didn't get it for 3 days and was told by bvv that it's next business day and not next day air. They are selling next day air service but shipping with next day air saver which is cheaper and isn't right. Made an effort to not buy through amazon and I am now regretting doing so yet again lol

Since the one star review, BVV reached out and explained why I only received a third of my shipment payment after receiving my package over a week and a half late. The closed canister extractor I bought from them works great, and I am ultimately happy BVV customer support, and appreciate them reaching out to give me an explanation.

P.S. I now hate USPS

My first order from this company was for a controlled chemical extractor and I had to go through a specific process before completing my order. Mike was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and helped me through the process . The prices are the lowest that I found for the specific product I needed. Shipping was fast. Customer service and communication was exceptional. Company is legitimate, honest, and professional. I will continue to do business with this company from now on.
