Be careful, Bayk AG are economic espionage scammers!
Bayk AG has signed exclusive contracts with major bicycle taxi companies in big European cities. Such a contract stipulates that only one partner company has the right to purchase bicycles from Bayk AG within the city or region specified in the contract. This means that no other company registered in the region specified in the contract can buy bikes from Bayk AG. This information is not listed on the Bayk AG website.
The scheme of fraud that Stefan Kruschel and his company Bayk AG are working on is quite simple. You want to order a certain number of bikes. Before placing an order, you ask clarifying questions and ask to calculate the cost of delivery to the address you specified. From your delivery address, Stefan Kruschel immediately sees that he will not sell the bikes to you as he has an exclusive contract for this region, but he won't tell you about it and will answer your questions and even indicate the cost of delivery. Then you place an order, in which you provide all the data of your company and the number of bicycles you need. And here in return, you receive the answer from Stefan Kruschel: "For all questions regarding usage of bicycle taxi in your city/region, please contact our exclusive partner". And he sends your order with all the data of your company to his exclusive partner in your region, that is to your direct competitor. Your competitor, in turn, studies your company under a microscope and determines how dangerous you are to him.
After Bayk AG leaked information about our company to their exclusive partner in our region, we were not too lazy to visit this partner. At the time of our visit, our competitors had a complete dossier on our company (they went through everything, the composition of the company, our websites and all our activities in general).
Stefan Kruschel and Bayk AG this is the worst experience we have ever had. Unacceptable, fraudulent, and unprofessional attitude toward customers.
