I have ordered from Kaerwell several times over the past few years with no issues. This week to complete my order... I have called them, emailed them and texted them multiple times with no reply. I am very disappointed in their responses and will have to source my supplements elsewhere going forward.

I have had to scramble across the internet to find the supplements due to their lack of communication and efficiency.

Good job is very straightforward. Just basic warehouse, but they did require me to do a four hour interview process, including learning some of their systems and processes and they have yet to pay me for that even though they initially offered
now I have been waiting for over two weeks now.

Terrible customer service. High minimum for free delivery, so I ordered 2 of the items and another small supplement to meet the limit. My card was charged and the website showed a status of shipped but I never got it. Went on the website and used the chat feature but it took over a half hour for a response. They determined the item was backordered and would not be available for a few more weeks but they were "gracious" to point out that they partial shipped the small filler item I ordered and didn't charge me for the extra shipping! They completely ignored that I was already charged for the full order. They are a terrible company.

I have mixed feelings about Kaerwell. I spend over $1,000. a year on supplements with them. I ordered a bottle of Vitamin D drops that was never opened and, yes, it was a year later when I returned it for credit. It was unopened and the expiration date was at least another year away but they would not credit my account. The reason I kept it so long was because I was being tested for too high a level of Vitamin D so it was a legitimate request. I don't get it... you can still re-sell the bottle, why not make a customer happy? Also, I've never made an order and gotten the whole ordered delivered at once. They always are on back order for something or other. Oher than that, they are pleasant enough and I'm still grateful that they exist!

The office staff was friendly and efficient. I received a return call immediately when I had a question. My products were shipped quickly. It was an easy transaction and I will continue doing business with Wellness Storehouse.

I had just one mess up after another trying to get something my Dr wanted me to get. Karen on the chat was able to put items in my cart and then help me change my address AFTER I had checked out.
The check out could be a bit better as I never even saw the page showing my address (We have moved since i last ordered) I also never saw a promo code spot to enter my $5 off code, but I really just want to be done ordering after this frustrating ordeal which is more a problem that we got a new computer and I am having to reenter all my passwords.

Karen was fantastic! One of the products I needed was on manufacture back order. She looked for a recommended substitute from my dr and there wasn’t one. She then checked with the manufacturer and the product was released and made available for purchase. What wonderful customer service! I love getting my supplements from Kaerwell!
