Patek Philippe are rightly regarded as one of the best Swiss watchmakers - however where they stand out above all the rest for me is their - excellent customer service. The staff; Sarah & James were great when I bought my Calatrava a few years ago - are very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently bent the clasp trying to put it on a watch turner that I never use. The Bond Street Team were brilliant, putting it right straight away - big thanks to their technician - My next watch will be another Patek from their lovely Bond Street showroom. I rarely do reviews but the Patek team fully deserve a Five Star Review. Martin

Had a great experience at the salon. Friendly staff was able to schedule me in a very short notice. Although they didn’t have every model available, I still was able to try on a few grail pieces.
Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. If you are a watch enthusiast, I highly recommend to schedule a visit.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Patek Philippe Salon in London, which left me feeling deeply disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I was dealing with one of the store managers, a Chinese lady, whose approach to customer service was shockingly poor and unprofessional.

From the moment our interaction began, I felt dismissed and treated with an unnecessary level of hostility. Instead of offering assistance or guidance, her demeanor was cold, dismissive, and completely unbefitting of a brand as prestigious as Patek Philippe.

I expected a high level of service that matches the reputation and legacy of this iconic brand. Unfortunately, this interaction left me questioning whether this store truly values its customers. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in a luxury retail environment.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and oversight of their staff to prevent such incidents from happening again. Patek Philippe is a name synonymous with excellence, and this experience has sadly tarnished that image for me.

I went to the store to inform myself about the Nautilus, Mr. Alex Stan advised us very well and had a very great conversation with me it was a very great experience and I will buy the watch in Switzerland because we could not make an appointment, for time reasons. I hope this news finds its way to Alex Stan.

One word Wow! I am not from an extremely rich community, yet as a watch enthusiast, I wanted to visit this particular wonderful outlet. Got an appointment and went there where we were warmingly welcomed by a young man, Mr.Jonathan Isla. He walked us through the entire Salon for almost 2 hours explaining each and every intricate detailing put into their watches while making them. He explained different types of watches, different movements and what not. This has so far been the best experience we've ever had while visiting any watch salon.

I had a great experience at this boutique but was unable to complete my purchase. I was allowed in without an appointment, which was great because they can get funny about that sometimes. Anyway I tried on a few watches, the Tourbillion, the olive coloured nautilus and the grand complication. I opted for the rose gold, blue/black faced nautilus in the end. It was priced at £69950.

I pulled out 70 racks and slapped it on the table and the gentleman said I need to see some ID. I said what do you require ID for? He says it's do to with money laundering regulations and we can only accept bank transfers. I reassured him the paper has not been laundered but has come from the Reading branch of Metro bank. I even told him to ring the bank manager and confirm the withdrawal. He wasn't listening at all to what I was saying.

At this point I'm getting bored now so we put the money back in the bag ? and told him we would be back later. We proceeded to go Hatton gardens to A jewellers. They didn't have a problem with a cash purchase. ?
