Didn’t clean my car after 2 passes. Older guy that works there showed little care for providing good customer service. When I approached him with my concern he tells me: “ you need to wash your car more often”. My car wasn’t excessively dirty but he felt the need to be rude. If I am gonna pay $21.00 for a car wash then I want my car to at least be clean. I thought that was the purpose of a mechanized car wash. I’ve passed that car wash many times and decided to give it a try to day. I regret that decision. Needless to say I won’t be coming back. You need to have a conscious decision if those are the kind of folks you want handling your customers.

Management is HORRIBLE!!! When a person pays for the best car wash and isn't satisfied they should at least offer you a wash for another day or let you run it back through. I hate to not support a local business but I shouldn't have to settle for less because of poor customer service.

Told the guy it was my 1st time here. Since it's a rental i only got the $12.00 wash. Sent to bay with no instructions on what I was supposed to do. Luckily the guy spraying my car told me what do after the car kept slipping on the track.
Very disappointed in the overall experience. The front end looks as if it was never touched. For $12.00 I didn't expect it to be polished up & shiny but I did expect most of the bugs to be gone

This location is old and outdated compared to the Independence location. Tidal Wave needs to put some money into this location by updating the brushes, fixing the vacuums, and adding in the compressed air like the Independence location. I live so close to this location but find myself driving to the Independence location most of the time which isn't convenient. I'm paying 40 a month, I would think things would be better.

Read their menu and was like heck yes..just drove from CA and needed a carwash pretty bad. The service attendant at gate was friendly and helpful. Got around to wash area..the gentleman on the driver side scrubbed pretty good..guy on right barely...went through wash to be disappointed because brushes barely touched the front of my car or the windshield.Still covered in bugs and stuff! Got to the vacuums and the first one we went to barely worked so we switched to another one which they worked great. Not sure I would come back, but thank you to the ones that helped.

Raytown’s newest car wash addition is awesome! The service is great. The facilities are very nice, and the car wash does an excellent job cleaning your car. The brush at the end of the car wash, after the blowers, really works well at taking away dust. The vacuums are very strong and do not require a code. The membership options are priced very reasonably.

I believe that they’re overcharging for the service you receive. My car was still dirty after the wash today, but I was mostly there to use the vacuums. The vacuums hardly sucked anything up inside my car. They were also out of towels and spray when I was there. So I paid way above average for the car wash and vacuums for a very poor product. I’ll never be back.
