Just moved to the area and thought I would try this store as I've never been to an ACME. Well, I should have looked at the reviews and just driven further down the road to the Giant. The produce section was really bad. It took me forever to sift through all the bad veggies and find something that was usable. The fruit selection was pretty sparse, but most of what was available seemed okay. The meat selection was not great but if you need something like chips or frozen stuff, this place might be a good option. Might give them another chance but judging by other reviews that might not be worth it.

Shop here only if your really need to. I’ve lived in Media all my life. This store needs better management and gone through more often. The produce is their BIGGEST FAIL! Always rotten vegetables or fruits somewhere. And the ones you buy are not fresh and don’t last long, excluding bananas. Deli and bakery are fine. But I don’t use them much. I have bought floor items over the years that after I got found to be expired. Failure to restock high demand items for weeks at a time. Friendly employees but a high turn over rate. Sad for Media for we love our regular faces. Finally took some pics of the rotten fruit this time for I’ve had enough! It’s just unacceptable ACME. I never buy any fruits and vegetables from you and I think no one else is. Here are pics showing why we don’t buy from you!

Nice Acme. Acme prices are good on most of their sale stuff, but I really come here because the meats are amazing and if they're on sale they're a good deal for the quality. The regular process here are atrocious. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Shelves are full. They store is undergoing a remodel and it doesn't effect any of the shipping experience. Well done!

This is my favorite Acme to shop at for quick last minute items.

This time I needed a sweet treat for Mothers Day and there were so many nice cakes and cupcakes available.

Small but nicely run "home town" food store. They must have a serious theft issue because I shop their self-checkout regularly and they watch me like a hawk. It's a little unsettling and makes me not want to shop there... I wish I could wear a sign letting them know I haven't stolen anything in my life and I'm not about to start.
