Dr. Haroon Nawaz took excellent care of my mom while she was admitted. He listened to her concerns and was very attentive. The staff throughout the hospital was great too, from the nurses, pct, to the food service. One person that really stood out was Clarina from Housekeeping, she was so friendly and personable and you could tell she really cared about my mom.

I wish I could pinpoint 1 person to credit with this 5 star rating but I can’t. Everyone I had dealings with were fantastic in the way they handled me throughout the entire process. So if I had to rate someone as outstanding it would be: The entry point receptionist , the pre opp Nurses., the Surgical Nurses and operation staff, the recovery Nurses and the discharge Nurse. If I missed anyone that I had contact with I would also include them. I strongly recommend Woodmont Outpatient services. Individually and as a team there were fantastic.

Oddly enough it wasn't crowded when I arrived. The security guard at the ER was pleasant enough and didn't waste time getting me scanned and admitted. The nurse up there tested me for a stroke and then I waited just a little bit before my name was called. I just didn't care for the guy who did the ultasound and then the needle with the thing to take the blood. His attitude and mine didn't mesh. But everyone else was ok and professional, including Dr. Reddy, who confirmed that I wasn't going to "die today".

I had a very positive experience at this facility. I don’t respond well to anesthesia. I expressed my concerns to the staff. They took the necessary steps to make my surgery a positive experience. I had zero nausea or vomiting.
Dr Martin did a wonderful job on my surgery. My nurse, John, was amazing. He took great care of me from start to finish. Mercedes and Josh were also wonderful.
Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. The facility itself was clean and managed well.

I came in to the ER on Sunday 7/7. It was my first time here and I want to say for being here for the first time I had a great experience! Joyce up front was so attentive and quick to take me in. Then it came down to Dorothy was so welcoming once I was in the ER. I thought it was just a sprain ankle and after my x-ray I found out I had a broken ankle. Everyone was so nice and patient with me as I was nervous.

This hospital is terrible with communication. The nursing team and doctors don’t seem to communicate well with each other. No one knew what was going on. The doctor had terrible bedside manners with the patients.

My experience was a good one, I usually get Anxiety attacks and Nervous when being in the hospital or around doctors at the hospital. However when I walked in, I felt comfortable and relaxed, it felt like I was conversing with someone that I knew which put me at ease big time, so it was a good experience for me.
