Dear Better Business Bureau,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Lovingly, Inc. (Lovingly.com address: PO Box 421, Fishkill, NY 12524-- phone number: (845) 288-5624) regarding a recent order that was significantly misrepresented on their website.

On November 14, 2025, I placed an order through Lovingly.com for my mother's birthday and retirement. Upon receiving the delivery, it was evident that the items were not as advertised, neither in quality nor in price. We have photographic evidence of everything received, which clearly contrasts with the product descriptions and images showcased on their website.

- The quality of the flowers and chocolates was subpar and did not match the advertised freshness or variety.
- The prices of the received items did not correspond to the actual prices listed on the Lovingly.com website. The chocolates, in particular, were from the Aldi's brand "Twice as Nice," which is significantly cheaper than advertised. It is inappropriate to charge innocent people who think they are ordering from an authentic florist and company.
- Nowhere on their website do they mention that they are sourcing products from Aldi's.

I kindly request that the BBB reviews this complaint and takes appropriate action to ensure that Lovingly, Inc. accurately represents their products and honors their pricing commitments.

Orderd a beautiful bouquet of flowers through the website for same day delivery. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. You can tell a lot of thought, work and preparation was put into it. The flowers were so fragrant which filled the room. Loved supporting this local florist and I will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommended!

I wish I could give them zero stars.

1. Ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day. Extra charge for Sunday delivery, but that is reasonable, no problem.

2. They emailed me saying they couldn't deliver Sunday, would Monday be ok? I said fine with refund of Sunday delivery charge. They replied, yes of course.

3. Afternoon of Mother's Day they emailed me: "Thank you for using Lovingly and we apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we currently do not have delivery coverage in your area. The order has been canceled/voided."

Please no NOT order from these frausdters. Zero stars. Negative stars.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They are a scam! Wife ordered flowers and was promised they would be delivered next day. It’s now been over a week and no delivery made! She tried calling their number and left messages. Nothing. Stay away from these people.

Great purchase! I purchased the night before for next day delivery with a note of my wife's favorite color. They created a beautiful arrangement with her color (including the color of the vase!) and delivered around noon the next day. Absolutely what I was hoping for and more, and am actually a little (pleasantly) surprised at the number and size of the flowers. Great variety but themed and arranged nicely. Definitely worth the money, even just for a "thinking of you" gift!

Ordered flowers they arrived right on time! It was great! My wife had no idea they were coming, so it was very nice for her to receive them during the day to brighten it up. Lovingly was very easy to order from, the flowers were very beautiful! Again, it was all very easy and convenient!
