Without my authorization Company set up a recurring subscription service, then shipped after being immediately notified to cancel I guess in hopes I would keep product. It's a scam; use one of the many other honest online retailers that sell these products. There are many honest online outlets!

Prices better than local. Ordered wrong water filter 6 months ago and just getting time to replace it. They were so gracious to replace it free and had me donate the first one to Habitat for Humanity. Similarly ordered merv filters for my furnace but installer said they could cut down on efficiency? Filters Fast sent me plain filters and told me to donate merv ones to habitat for humanity. Great customer service!

So thankful for this company! We have a very weird sized AC intake. They made us custom size air filters, at a very affordable cost & set us up on a 6 month plan to resend them. Shipment was also very fast! Will be a repeat customer for life. 100% recommend them!

I ordered 4 filters on July 6 a week and a half later I called to see where my order was I was told that the filters were out of stock but they we’re getting them in and they would be shipped the next Monday shipping would take 4 to ten days, called again this last Tuesday asking again they were shipped and I should get them on Wednesday I got a tracking number this time and as of August 4 still no filters if they come tomorrow which I doubt it will have been a MONTH since I ordered them. I bought from you before and thing were ok , but I won’t be ordering again
