I am so disappointed in the treatment we have received from this company. Our office has been harassed numerous times over the past few weeks trying to push their services after we have left her a voicemail, and had multiple phone conversations notifying the rep that we are not interested in working with them. I told her time and time again that we do not wish to be contacted in the future and please stop calling our office. Even if Torch Dental sold the best product, at the absolute best price available, I would not work with a company who feels the need to harass a prospective client. I understand that sales can be competitive, however, you need to understand that the word NO is a complete sentence. This does not mean to ignore all requests to discontinue communication. Its 2024, and harassing people into buying your products or trying you scheme are practices that should have been left in the past.

Half of dozen dental practices that I’ve referred to Torch have expressed tremendous efficiency and lower costs for ordering supplies. The software the Torch engineers have built is robust and the team continues to improve on it. I’ve also had the pleasure of visiting the Torch HQ multiple times over the last couple of years and am blown away by the team’s professionalism and work ethic.

Our office, Harbor Country Dental, has been using Torch Dental for the past two years or so.....it has been a huge asset to our office for its cost, efficiency, transparency and access to analytics and even substitute product recommendations. Any time we have needed help, David (our account rep) has been quick to reply to any questions we have had. We call them the Amazon of dental supplies - except that I think they have thought through and added features even Amazon hasn't thought of. Highly recommend!

Paige from Torch Dental has continuously contacted us and we have told her multiple times that we are not interested. She won’t let you off the phone and becomes VERY pushy and rude. We even told her we had a patient we needed to check out and she dismissed that totally and insisted on us blocking out Dr for her time. She also calls multiple times a week and never lets us off the phone. Super frustrating to keep getting called after telling her no multiple times and she becomes very aggressive. Will never work with this company for this reason. Hope Paige is having a great day

Absolutely the worst customer service. They are pushy and will NOT stop calling even after we have told them multiple times that we are not interested and to stop calling. They do not have the best deals like they claim. We get MUCH better service and pricing with Frontier Dental.

Beyond pushy! Delaney repeatedly calls our office after being told on multiple occasions that if the doctor is interested he will call her back. I’ve even asked that she not call again. Every phone call we receive from a solicitor takes time away from a patient, which no office wants to do. This marketing approach is one sure way to get people to NOT do business with you. Honestly, it’s borderline harassment.

I have nothing but good things to say about Torch! As the assistant who handles all the ordering in my office my job has never been easier. I am always sure I’m getting the best deals, being presented with multiple options, and always am kept up to date on my orders. We have had zero issues when needing to process returns. The reps/team members I’ve had expense with (Will, Joslynn, David) have all been so nice and done such a good job at keeping in touch and keeping my office informed. And they have been able to and consistently proved our savings - complete transparency in this area has made me very comfortable to say I would urge anyone wanting to simplify their ordering and make sure their money is being well spent to try out Torch!
