They do not support their products. Bought a string of lights and the brand new rechargeable batteries were corroded. They would do nothing about it even when supplied all the info they asked of.

I am a licensed real estate agent in the State of Michigan, I frequently list homes using high-end high-quality yard signs. I saw the advertisement for these lights as I have seen other signs in yards with some type of LED light, and they look great. But please read this before you order! There is clearly some issues with quality control as these things leave China drop shipped to Fort Worth Texas. I made an order of multiple double sign lights. When I received them it looked like they had put the wrong hardware packet into each box so I can’t install these lights on any of my yard signs. Looks like my choice is to either custom make brackets so these attach to the post, or go through the pain in the neck of sending them all back to Amazon. They all come with a little card that says “please stop don’t return to seller! Call this phone number and we will make everything right!” Here is the crux, when you call that number it’s basically a recording with directions to hit an extension which then sends you nowhere and then just hangs up on you after numerous attempts. So I googled the company. There is no way to talk to anyone at this company Even though I call the local phone number. I suspect this is a ghost US company that does nothing more than holds an address that probably doesn’t exist, receives a dropship from China and it goes straight to Amazon for resale. When you actually Google the company in Fort Worth Texas you can leave them a message with all of your order information which is a pain if you order off Amazon you have to look it all up and then you have to email them and someone will email you back. I’m not the kind of person that goes out and runs up and down the street waving the American flag, but if I don’t get good customer service when I’m paying a premium, I’m not paying a China dropship price. I followed all directions, read the cards, watched the assembly video. It’s a simple problem with a simple cheap solution. If they would just pick up the phone they could mail me $.75 worth of hardware that’s going to save them having me send back an entire order of these lights which are then going to be thrown in the dumpster at Amazon and they’re going to get charged back for the whole thing. They must make enough money they don’t care. What a elaborately set up a ruse to make it seem as though there’s actually a company that you can call and deal with locally, as in within the continental United States.

These lights work for a while and then go out. I’ve replaced rechargeable batteries and still they don’t work. Waste of money?
