I've used AquaLab multiple times, picked up in person more than once and used to love them. I purchased a pipe that was stolen by my local Post Office and left us in limbo. I let customer service know and clarified that it had not been returned as USPS stated, then tried starting a claim. USPS couldn't validate my address and AquaLab refused to help. I stopped getting answers through email and was hung up on when calling in.

I'll never use or recommend them again, despite the quantity and quality of glass they represent. I HATE spending thousands of dollars on companies that crap all over it.

Great products but if you paid for faster shipping. Don’t get expect it as promised it took longer for it to arrive. Attempted to call the number they have on their website. No answer as if it doesn’t work. Good luck reaching out to them. Hoping they reply via email. Good stuff but must be willing to wait and don’t pay the faster shipping because very likely it won’t be in as the website states it. Do the cheapest route for shipping not worth paying more.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Aqua Lab Technologies. I placed an order, and due to an address issue, my package was returned to the sender. The customer service I received from Jeff was nothing short of frustrating. When I inquired about the returned package, I was met with a condescending response that it was not their responsibility if a customer does not know their correct address, even though the issue stemmed from a missing apartment number.

Despite providing the correct address in subsequent communication, they refused to acknowledge their oversight and failed to take responsibility. Moreover, instead of resolving the issue amicably, they decided to cancel my order, labeling it as fraudulent without any basis for such an accusation.

The entire interaction was handled poorly, with a lack of empathy and professionalism. Aqua Lab Technologies not only failed to deliver my order but also lost a customer due to their abysmal customer service. I will not be ordering from them again and strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I also want to finish this off by pointing out how many times Jeff is mentioned by name in the one stair review. I would say Jeff is your common denominator for issues with your company.

Not only is this an amazing company that has exactly the products that I need. But my shipping was like ridiculously fast I wasn't expecting this for days... They even included some snack sized candies in my box for me... I am 1000% happy with my purchase and this company... Thank you for being amazing and keep up the good work.

Fantastic customer care, and fantastic pieces. The pieces are exceptionally perfect and they were wrapped so well that even the mail man couldnt break it if he tried. Lol! Came quickly too! Also customer service is unbelievably quick to respond, and friendly. Will be ordering from here for most of my green needs. Thank you!

Terrible company. I wish I would have seen these low reviews before I made a purchase. I contacted Jeff who lied to me and told me they would ship my item same day on a Thursday it is Sunday and they have still not shipped my item. I would not give my money to these liars. I should have googled them before I made a purchase. I don’t understand why you would lie to someone who is trying to spend money with you like isn’t the point for them to come back and spend more money or is the point for them to talk bad and deter others from purchasing your products ?
