I pre-ordered a game from them, they shipped it without the game key. Cannot play the actual game. Customer Support has been contacted 6 times with no response.

I had an issue with a pre-order at Square-Enix Europe where it was cancelled. I wrote to the customer support team and they quickly provided a solution to issue and had my order sent the following day after it was released. There were many issues in between but no matter the problem the team was quick to respond and I was always kept informed of any changes. It was thanks to Sergio and in particular Haley who must've received 10 e-mails from me at minimum before this was resolved. Haley responded to most of my queries and was very polite and understanding. I kept getting issues with the pre-order but each time I replied saying there was another problem she made me a link to order the item i wanted. And she kept making these links over and over until finally I got a confirmation that order was received by the website. She exceeded my customer service expectations and gave a delightful experience. I very much look forward to ordering from Square-Enix again and I know if there are any more problems Hayley and Sergio will be able to resolve them. Even when I've tried to get free copy of a game and failed it the support helped me. The response was very fast compared to another customer services and (most importantly!) it was very helpful. "It worked! Thank you so much!" that was my last quote on mail. Thank you again, Sergio!

I've ordered many things from the Square Enix NA store that Scalefast eCommerce helps run/manage and I've never had any issues except for one time recently involving a technical error on their side - but it was nothing major.
I was able to contact them, have the issue resolved very quickly (within 24 hours per response to my messages) and was really impressed by their service and kind customer service.
It's literally the reason why I even took the time out to write a review, they definitely earned it. I hope they all keep up the great work! 🙂
