Fue una muy mala experiencia ver como todas las plantas se están muriendo, totalmente secas ,no las cuidan, no le hechan agua...basura encima ,grilles al rededor de las planta donde quebraban todas las hojas...soy amante número uno de las planta y esta locacion de Northgate #279 es la peor de todas las homedepot en cuanto a plantas se refiere

I shop at this location frequently, and all of the staff are kind and take time to walk me to where I need something. Even when they look stressed and overworked. Today, I had the pleasure of being helped at the customer service counter to pick up a rental truck, and Lyssa was the nicest of them all. She was chatty, patient, and warm, with a quick wit. Not only did she help me with efficiency and speed while keeping up with my elderly mother's constant jabbering, but she also seemed genuinely interested in us as people. She made sure to warn us about filling up the truck and made sure that it was in good condition. It was late, but her chipper attitude and courteous care made us feel like HD just opened. Thanks so much for bringing her to your team!

I just bought a grill from this Home Depot location. It was supposed to be unboxed, assembled and delivered to me brand new. What I received was a dirty grill that had obviously been assembled prior and sitting out in the elements for a while. There is already rust on several areas. Attached are a few pictures just to get an idea. Do better Home Depot. This isn’t acceptable.

Imagine there’s 7 people in an aisle and you individually help each one of them, showing them exactly what they need, even walking them to different aisle to get the best product. Listening to their concerns, with the same exact high and happy energy! Then going to the paint service desk to help all those customers in line too! Welp, that was ROBIN! Thank you for your help! & helping everyone today! When he asked “need help with something” it wasn’t a rhetorical question to show customer service. He was there to prove customer support! Never change ROBIN you’re amazing! (Hopefully I spelled your name correctly maybe it’s ROBYN)

Would give negative stars if I could.
Worst experience ever. Ordered a $2500 riding lawn mower. Paid extra $20 for 6am to 10am delivery. Get notice delivery would be 6am to 8pm. I called service number and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I had to hang up as I was abandoned.
Tracking changed several times from 10:24 to 11:24 . Called service again. They connected me to store. Staff was rude and no help. Call #3 got my $20 early delivery fee back but no delivery. Called store direct, was given" we are sorry " crap. Put on hold again for over 20 minutes and I was abandoned.
Further call to store went unanswered. No one picked up phone. It just rings for 15 minutes. Lawn mower showed up 12:30 pm. 2 1/2 hours late from paid time.
No help. No service. No answers. Just ignored and put off. Worst experience. I will never buy at Home Depot again.
